Charitable giving can seem complex, but at The Catholic Foundation our goal is to work with you and your advisors to allow you to experience the joy and satisfaction of fulfilling your charitable objectives. The Foundation's staff will review all appropriate options with you and your professional advisors to help you:

• Clearly define your charitable objectives and
• Determine which charitable vehicle(s) will help you achieve these goals.

Depending on its nature, your gift may provide you with some or all of the following benefits:

• Current and/or future year income tax deductions
• Avoidance or elimination of capital gains on appreciated property
• A steady stream of annual income, some of which may be tax-free
• Reduction of estate taxes leading to conservation of your estate
