The Foundation's staff will review all appropriate options with you and your professional advisors to help you:
- Clearly define your charitable objectives and
- Determine which charitable vehicle(s) will help you achieve these goals.
Depending on its nature, your gift may provide you with some or all of the following benefits:
- Current and/or future year income tax deductions
- Avoidance or elimination of capital gains on appreciated property
- A steady stream of annual income, some of which may be tax-free
- Reduction of estate taxes leading to conservation of your estate
